Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with an online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases, and general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall. 

All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

Return & Exchange Policy

If the item is damaged, or you’re not completely satisfied with the product - 

You can return the item within 7 days of receiving it.

Please contact us and provide all the necessary information for us to investigate.

Returns can be subject to a 15% re-stocking fee since they are all produced per order. We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.

*NO returns to framed products or custom-made prints.

Please note that the product must remain in its original package without signs of use. 

All shipping costs will be at the customer's expense.

After receiving the package, you will be refunded according to the payment method provided. 

please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your account.

Custom made orders / Original art paintings/ Drawings:

Unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange for special orders that were produced individually.

All Originals sales are final. No returns or refunds are available.

Shipping

Your new artwork will arrive rolled without its original wooden frame, packaged in a unique padded artwork shipping tube to ensure safe and low-cost delivery.

Shipping charges do not include the destination country’s duty, tax, or customs fees.

The paperwork produced will be following the original purchase details.

Estimated delivery times can vary due to the country's customs.

For Canvas Painting / Custom made paintings-
You can order your choice of courier, and you will be responsible for all costs and Coordination of shipping.

The painting will be stretched or rolled per your choice.
