Return & Exchange Policy

If the item is damaged, or you’re not completely satisfied with the product - 

You can return the item within 7 days of receiving it.

Please contact us and provide all the necessary information so we can investigate.

Returns can be subject to a 15% re-stocking fee since they are all produced per order. We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.

*NO returns to framed products or custom-made prints.

Please note that the product must remain in its original package without signs of use. 

All shipping costs will be at the customer's expense.

After receiving the package, you will be refunded using the payment method provided. 

please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your account.

Custom-made orders / Original art paintings/ Drawings:

Unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange for special orders produced individually.

All Original sales are final. No returns or refunds are available.

Shipping

Your new artwork will arrive rolled without its original wooden frame, packaged in a unique padded artwork shipping tube to ensure safe and low-cost delivery.

Shipping charges do not include the destination country’s duty, tax, or customs fees.

The paperwork produced will be following the original purchase details.

Estimated delivery times can vary due to the country's customs.

For Canvas Painting / Custom made paintings-
You can order your choice of courier, and you will be responsible for all costs and Coordination of shipping.

The painting will be stretched or rolled per your choice.
